Intersex Community Will Join The Growing IT Sector In Pakistan

InvoZone and Devsinc join hands to promote inclusivity by making sure that 1% of their workforce comprise of intersex people.

Intersex community from education to healthcare are often denied their rights. They are denied basic human rights like education, medical and liberty.

Most of the people belonging to per se community earn their livelihoods via begging on streets or as sex workers. Thus making them vulnerable to every form of physical and sexual abuse.

Keeping this drastic situation in view, InvoZone and  Devsinc have signed an MoU to include 1% people from intersex community in their workforce. At this historic moment the intersex right activist Neeli Rana was also representing her community.invozone and devsinc sign MoU

The companies want transgender community to reach out to them as they are unlocking opportunities like paid internships and full time jobs in every department- from Software Engineering to Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Admin, and HR .

There are over 10,418 intersex people in Pakistan as per census report of 2017. And their inclusion in different sectors of society can help in formation of an equal and progressive society.
