What was the objective?

To develop a world-class no code/low code solution for advanced offline-first server-less mobile and web-based eHealth solutions.

TheraForge is an open software development kit (SDK) for Apple iOS, an offline-first Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS), and a set of customizable native and web-based tools.

Problems Client Faced

Currently, advanced digital health software development is quite hard as it is heavily burdened by several infrastructural costs, which can add up to 60-80% of the overall development and maintenance costs.

These often non-IP-related costs greatly detract from the time and resources that companies could allocate to their innovation/IP. Usability and uptake can also be hampered, as frequently documented by lackluster user adoption.

Solutions We Provided

Joined the open digital health laboratory community.

Helped democratize its technologies.

Started using (and contributing to) ready-made FDA-grade frameworks with support for wearable devices, privacy-first and security-first technologies with native regulation compliance, interoperability frameworks, accessibility features, UI/UX designs, etc.

Incorporated the off-the-shelf components it provides and the integrated cloud service.

End-to-end encryption feature to prevent third parties from accessing data while it's transferred from one end system or device to another.

Cloud storage with transaction logging via AWS CloudTrail in compliance with GDPR and HIPAA
