You might have heard about digital vaccine passports. These passports contain digital proof that an individual has taken the vaccine. Recently, many countries including the US, UK, and Canada are considering coronavirus travel passports. Though the leaders of these countries have shown their concerns and reluctance due to discrimination issues. According to a news report on vaccine passport in Canada by CBC:
“Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said today he’s reluctant to introduce a system of vaccine passports to show proof of immunization because of lingering concerns about inequities — but such a system might be necessary for international travel.”
