Advantage Club, The AI-Driven Start-Up For Employee Engagement, Raises $3.3M In Pre-Series A Round

The AI-powered HR Tech startup Advantage Club raises $3.3 Million in pre-series A add-on round.

Advantage Club, a startup that focuses on human resources and employee engagement has recently raised the US $3.3 million from a bunch of investors. The company announced on Monday and Tech in Asia Reported.

In the add-round funding, the company has gathered funds from many prominent investors like Jetty Ventures, Earlsfield Capital, SMC Advisors, and others. With this, the startup has closed its pre-series A round at the US $5 million. From this, the company wants to expand its operations and wants to add more tech-led features and products. It also has plans to invest more in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based products to further improve its offerings.

 Sourabh Deorah, Co-founder and CEO, Advantage Club talking to the  media outlet  called Your Story said:

“The latest influx of funds will help us bolster our presence internationally and help us hire the right talent to manage our operations globally. We aim to evolve as a single global platform for employee engagement and financial wellness in the SEA and MENA market.”

Advantage Club is currently engaged with more than 370 companies across 60 plus countries with the inclusion of Concentrix, Teleperformance, Hexaware, EY, Target, etc. The company right now is focusing on India, Southeast Asia, the North African Region, and the Middle East, thus chasing a $13 billion revenue opportunity. It has grown into a platform via which corporates can connect and engage more meaningfully with their clients, whilst brands can also reach out to the particular customer section of their choice. Right now, many brands and businesses are implementing AI across the globe to improve their day-to-day tasks and operations. As the use of AI technology can enhance the company’s efficiency and productivity plus the chance of human error is also reduced. Other than this, the businesses can predict customers’ preferences to give enhanced personalized experiences subsequently helping to increase the company’s revenue. Other than this, the AI can also predict the potential cyber security threats thus helping the companies in saving themselves from disastrous cyber attacks.
