Dutch digital fitness content platform Funxtion gathers investment of €5.8 million in Series A funding.

World’s most intelligent digital fitness platform Fuxtion nets funding of €5.8M in a round backed by Lexar Partners and current shareholders. This new cash will allow the startup to boost development of its platform and help it in international expansion, especially in the US.

In recent years,  especially after  pandemic, technology has made its way in almost every sector of society. From healthcare to education the apps and platforms are not only giving users access to services. But are helping industries to make their processes faster and more efficient-and without any doubt fitness industry is no exception.

Fuxtion: The Digital Fitness Content Platform

Funxtion is a platform working in 27 countries, offers built-in customization tools and delivery device integration software. And collection of premium and white labelled digital fitness content in the form of training programmes, virtual courses and exercises.

Personalization of the Digital Fitness

Furthermore, the startup enables gym owners to scale up personalization of the digital fitness experiences of their members. It is used by gyms, hotels, wellness apps, corporate businesses and works with major brands including Fitness First Germany, PureGym, UK, GoodLife Canada and Life Fitness Group Australia.

The digital fitness content platform,  is an open source B2B SaaS platform that assists the gym operators with the difficult task of keeping their members engaged. The platform was founded by fitness experts Mendel Witzenhausen and  Ernst de Neef .

With this fresh injection of funds the startup aims to make its platform more personalized. Ernst de Neef, co-founder and CEO of Funxtion, said:
