We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resource Department in daily tasks. This is an entry level trainee position.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining automated system by updating and entering data
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

Must have:

  • Atleast Bachelors Degree in Business/Administration
  • Passion for HR administration
  • Knack for handling data and maintaining the employee record databases
  • Teamwork and excellent spoken and written communication skills
