We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is ready to find business to the company and initiate strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and hunt clients, companies for software related projects
  • Prepare proposals according to clients an company for projects
  • Schedule appointments/meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, clients and projects
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-project completion support
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Emails and cold calling to potential customers to prospect for business

MUST Have

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with US or UK Accent
  • At-least 2 years experience of services based software company
  • Experience of off-shore business development, particularly in EU, US, CA and AU regions.
  • Experience of cold-calls, warm-calls, lead-closure and generating project proposal
  • Exceptional Negotiation skill & Convincing Power
  • Must be a team player and excellent stress manager
  • Target Driven, proactive attitude and must be focused on the results
