We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Compliance Executive to be part of our development team.

• Research on regulatory, SaaS, Product licensing, and required laws.
• Review internal legal instruments of the Company.
• Review external policies, legal instruments, agreements shared by prospect companies and Clients.
• Provide legal, regulatory, operational recommendations to the Head of Compliance.
• Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to reporting Manager, executive management and designated departments.
• Reviewing, reporting, and updating existing company policies and related documentation.
• Maintaining an up to date repository of legal instruments.
• Assessing existing company-wide business operations and establishing key standard operating process documentation.
• Mapping processes by evaluating existing business operations and establishing departmental and interdepartmental workflows.
• Awareness of IT Systems and Security, Governance Standards and Risk, and assist the reporting manager in associated activities.
• To undertake diverse tasks and any critical functions as directed by the reporting Manager

• Strong Writing and Documentation Skills
• Strong Awareness of Business and Corporate Law
• Well informed on the usage of Business Processing Mapping tools
• Ability to work independently as well as communicate efficiently within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving attitude
